Pointe Claire, a quiet neighborhood located in the West Island of Montreal is something you could call a "sleepy" place. This West Island, to those who have never heard of it, is a vast area that extends from Lachine until the west. Amanda Brugel's birthplace has been frequently mentioned, but her brief time in the city was not. Brugel grew up in Courtice outside Oshawa Ontario. The first goal she had was to become a dancer, but an increase in her height led to her growing beyond the dancers she was with. In an article published by Toronto Star, she revealed her height in heels as six feet and one inches tall. When I outgrew my male friends, I quit.
